I’m Eivmor De Guzman, an AI/ML-focused developer and computer science student at Mapúa University in Manila.

I build tools where machine learning has to earn a user’s trust: Penumbra’s offline handwriting recognition, applied computer-vision research. My route into software also runs through Python automation, cloud architecture, and hands-on IT work in Abu Dhabi.

The other half of what I do is a camera. I spent a year shooting, editing, and running the channel for a dance crew in Dubai, and I was editor and cinematographer on a film for the Emirates Film Festival.

Both halves come down to the same question: what does the person on the other side need to understand, and what can I cut?
